| The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a secluded private pool. The pool area hosts 2 waterfall features with landscaped gardens. Also for all the family to enjoy a fully equipped games room including pool, darts, pinball and air-hockey. We also have available a PS2, free unlimited local and international calls as well as access for the internet. |

| Formal Lounge and Dining Area This open plan room offers a quiet space away from the main hustle and bustle of the villa. This room provides peace and tranquillity to enjoy all through your vacation. |
Family Room This open and spacious room looks out on to the pool area. Two large sofas offer comfortable seating to watch T.V with digital cable and English playing DVD player. The 2nd Master bedroom. This room also offers a double bed with en suite facilities, bath, and shower. Also for your entertainment a T.V with cable. |
4th bedroom This room comprises of a bunk bed with
a double bed at the bottom. This is a great room offering sleeping arrangements for 3 and also a built
in closet. |
Games Room This room was added in January 2007. It comprises of a pool table, darts, air hockey and a pinball machine. Everyone enjoys a relaxing time in the games room at the end of a busy and exciting time in Orlando. |
The Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with everything
you may need throughout your holiday. The kitchen includes; oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster & Kettle. Within this area there is an eating area also a breakfast bar. |
Master bedroom This room comprises of a double bed with en suite facilities of a walk in shower, garden tub and walk in closets. Also a great view of the pool area and T.V with cable & PS2 console. |
3rd bedroom This room is fantastic for the older
children. The room includes twin beds with built in
closet space. |
Pool Area The pool area overlooks a conservation area to the rear of the villa. Two palm trees stand at the edge of the pool to offer shade. The gardens are beautifully landscaped to enhance the fabulous design of the pool. Enjoy the magnificent waterfall features that create a typical Floridian ambience. Also as our guests take advantage of the gas BBQ to enjoy the best way to dine, al-fresco. |
